Shipping options
We ship your package to all EU countries and only do this with a track & trace code, so you can always keep an eye on where your package is. As soon as your order is packed by us and we print the label, you will receive an automatically sent e-mail with your track & trace code.
We usually ship our package with DPD and / or UPS.
Within the entire EU, the delivery of parcels usually takes 2 to a maximum of 5 working days, weekends and (inter) national holidays are obviously not included. We do not have pick-ups on weekends. So if you order on a Saturday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
Smaller orders are sometimes put in the letterbox by the driver. It is also possible that the driver will deliver your package to the neighbors if you are not present at home to accept the package. If you have not received a package after 7 working days, please contact our customer service by creating a ticket in your account or by sending an email to [email protected]. Try to describe your question as clearly as possible and, if possible and applicable, add photos to clarify your story.
Not satisfied with your product? Please contact us to return the goods. The goods you return must be in exactly the same condition as you received them: unopened and undamaged. The returned products must also have a shelf life of at least 3 months. We will settle the costs of your return shipment with you afterwards by means of a voucher for your next order.
ATTENTION: We would like to emphasize that you yourself are responsible at all times for respecting and following the rules of your country regarding the import of the products offered by us!
